Loyalty Points Expiration Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms
    By participating in the A Carpy Connection Loyalty Program, members earn points that can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or special offers. Points are subject to expiration according to the following terms and conditions.

  2. Points Expiration Policy

    • Loyalty points earned in the A Carpy Connection Loyalty Program will expire after 3 months from the date they were earned.

    • Points will expire on a 3 monthly basis from date of acquisition unless otherwise stated or extended by a special promotion.

    • If you have any loyalty points in your account, please make sure to use them within the time frame set out in the terms and conditions for this promotion. Any points not redeemed by 31st December 2024 will be removed and can no longer be used. Additionally, as of 1st October 2024, loyalty points will no longer be earned on any orders placed through our website.

  3. Inactive Accounts
    If a member’s account remains inactive (no purchases or redemptions) for a continuous period of 3 months, all accumulated points in the account will expire, regardless of the initial earn date.

  4. Notification of Expiry
    Members will be notified via email, or account notification at least 14 days before their points are set to expire. It is the responsibility of the member to keep their contact details up to date to receive these notifications.

  5. Redemption Before Expiry

    • Points must be redeemed before the expiration date. Once points expire, they cannot be reactivated or reinstated.

    • Points can be redeemed online only as per the A Carpy Connection Loyalty Program guidelines.

  6. Account Termination or Program Changes

    • A Carpy Connection reserves the right to terminate any member’s account if misuse of the Loyalty Program is detected, leading to forfeiture of all accumulated points.

    • A Carpy Connection reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program, including changing the points expiration period, at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the program’s official channels.

  7. Non-Transferable
    Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services.

  8. Sale Events

       Loyalty points can not be earned on purchases during sale events. 

 

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
